While about half of our clients opt to manage their own property, there comes a point in time when professional management becomes an investment in your property. We assist a number of clients in the management of their properties. For some clients that means a check mailed to them at the end of the month; for other clients that means we review performance on a regular basis and tweak operations. There are three general tiers of management services: Performance Analysis: Meeting at regularly scheduled intervals to review operations, procedures, and options for improvement. For larger properties and complexes, this may include training, terminating employees/subs, and reviewing marketing effectiveness. Property Management: Handling all aspects of a property; an agent is assigned to your property as a point of contact for tenants and vendors, and reports to you. Monies transferred through our escrow account and accounted for on our system. This option does not require regular owner involvement in operations. Owner Liaison: This is more of a tailored service and assumes a level of owner involvement in day to day operations. Main areas of focus are collections, documents, and maintenance. This service is designed to provide the owner additional expertise while at the same time allowing for a few degrees of separation. |
